Work-linked training, a path to success and integration into the company

Work-linked training is a specific academic program that combines periods of training at the University of Perpignan and periods of practice in a company. Work-linked training thus makes it possible, simultaneously, to complete a higher education degree and to acquire professional experience. The forms and rhythms of the work-linked training programme can be different depending on the training and the specifics of the company's business.
The work-study program can be implemented through an apprenticeship contract or a professionalization contract. These two employment contracts meet the same qualification and certification objectives through a recognised diploma, but with different implementation methods.

The rise of the apprenticeship in higher education: a system favoured by employers.

In only 5 years, the University of Perpignan has developed, thanks to its Regional CFA for Higher Education/South of France, nearly sixty apprenticeships!

The CFA EnSup-LR - was created in 2015 by the common will of the Universities of Montpellier, Paul Valéry Montpellier 3, Nîmes, Perpignan, the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier and Montpellier SupAgro (www.ensuplr.fr).

With the support of the Occitanie - Pyrénées Méditerranée Region and the Rectorat de l'Académie de Montpellier, its objective is to promote learning in higher education in the Languedoc-Roussillon region..
