Graduate Schools


The French Graduate Schools, bring together master's and doctoral training courses and research laboratories in order to attract brilliant French and international students and to strengthen exchanges between researchers and teacher-researchers from various disciplines and countries.

TULIP Graduate school

It is directly linked to the LabEx TULIP. The partner institutions are the University of Perpignan, the University Paul Sabatier of Toulouse, the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, the CNRS and the INRA.

Its scientific field is at the interface of functional biology and ecology.

The TULIP graduate school has three major objectives:

  • train students through problem-based learning methods
  • train students to carry out interdisciplinary projects
  • attract the best students internationally

TESS Graduate school


The EUR TESS partner institutions are Université Paul Sabatier de Toulouse, Université de Perpignan, Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, ISAE, CNRS, IRD, CNES, Météo France and ONERA.

Its scientific field is the Earth-University-Environment system sciences.

The scientific axes of TESS are:
  • Exploring our place in the universe
  • Monitoring and understanding the land
  • Predicting future behaviour
  • The challenges posed by natural resources
With two cross-cutting themes:
  • Urban environment, health and society
  • Databases, data-mining and artificial intelligence
