The Genomics and Plant Development Laboratory studies the way in which plant genomes are organised and how genes are regulated, more specifically, the roles they play in plant development and the ways in which they adapt to biotic and abiotic stresses. The research unit is attached to the CNRS's National Institute of Biological Sciences. The unit's teams share their molecular tools and develop different approaches for studying the genomes of two model species: Arabidopsis thaliana and rice.
